Author’s checklist

  • ☐ Authors have written the manuscript in compliance with Instructions for Authors.
  • ☐ The title page should include a title, authors’ names, affiliations, and corresponding author(s)’ name(s) and contact information.
  • ☐ A running title should be given in 40 characters or shorter including spaces.
  • ☐ The abstract should be divided into Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion; it is within 250 words for Original Articles.
  • ☐ The abstract should be included in the manuscript, regardless of whether it is included in the submission system.
  • ☐ Three to five keywords should be included (those recommended in MeSH (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/mesh)).
  • ☐ Information regarding approval of an institutional review board and obtaining informed consent should be mentioned in the Method section.
  • ☐ Each figure should be uploaded as a separate file and should not be included in the main text. The file name of each figure should be the figure number.
  • ☐ Line art (e.g., graphs, charts, family trees) must not exceed 800 dpi, whereas halftone (CT, MRI) or color pictures must be prepared in no less than 300 dpi.
  • ☐ All authors have completed the Copyright Transfer Agreement.
  • ☐ ORCID IDs should be included in the manuscript.
  • ☐ Conflict of Interest Statement should be included in the manuscript.
  • ☐ A list of each author’s role should be written in the Author contributions section.
  • ☐ The authors are responsible for obtaining permission from the copyright holder to reprint any previously published material in CIM.
